At Hawaiian Shirt Hub, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Because we specialize in used and resold Hawaiian shirts, each item may show minor signs of wear, aging, or variation that adds to its unique character. Please review our policy below before placing your order.

Return Window

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition it was received
  • The item must not be washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • The return request must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date

Used & Resold Clothing Disclaimer

All Hawaiian shirts sold by Hawaiian Shirt Hub are:

  • Used
  • Vintage or pre-owned
  • Resold items

Due to the nature of pre-owned clothing:

  • Minor wear, fading, loose threads, or slight imperfections may be present
  • Colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting
  • Sizing may vary between brands and eras

We do our best to accurately photograph and describe every item before sale.

Customer Responsibility Returns

If you would like to return an item for reasons such as:

  • Wrong fit
  • Changed your mind
  • Personal preference
  • No longer wanting the item

The customer is responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Proper packaging of the item

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Company Error or Damaged Item

If the return is due to:

  • The wrong item being sent
  • An item arriving damaged beyond the described condition
  • A major listing error

Hawaiian Shirt Hub will cover the return shipping costs.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the issue
  • A brief description of the problem

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned damaged after delivery
  • Items returned outside the 7-day return window
